Fantastic apartment

Fantastic lovely apartment. Brilliant lady who owns it. Superb view of the sea with all that we needed. Great kitchen so we could cook,washing machine etc. Fabulous location close to the town and seafront what more could we want. Will be coming back again.

water side retreat

Lovely, well equipped and suburb location with sea views and central to the town from the rear of the property. On site parking an extremely helpful and important bonus, as parking in Dinard very hard to find. If returning to the area would definitely stay in this lovely property again.

Studio tout Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs fonctionnel et idĂ©alement situĂ© avec une vue mer formidable.Le parking est petit mais Ă  le mĂ©rite d’exister dans une ville oĂč il n’est pas simple de se garer.L’embarcadĂšre pour les promenades en bateaux est au pied de l’immeuble ainsi que la fameuse promenade au clair de Lune. Proche de la plage animĂ©e de l’écluse, mais Ă©galement de la plage plus calme du PrieurĂ© que nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e.Contact simple avec les propriĂ©taires, bref trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Studio idĂ©alement situĂ© pour visiter Dinard et ses environs Ă  pied. L'appartement est situĂ© en façade de rue donc pourrait ĂȘtre bruyant pour certains le matin mais cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ©s. Le garage est effectivement petit mais bien utile pour garer son vĂ©hicule. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la terrasse vue mer. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain sĂ©jour.

Ville, plage, port, promenade bord de mer..tout est Ă  proximitĂ©. Balcon permettant de dĂ©jeuner tranquillement. Appartement agrĂ©able conforme aux photos et bien Ă©quipĂ©. C’est vrai que pour le garage il ne faut pas une grosse cylindrĂ©e mais notre 208 a tenu sans problĂšme.

C'est la situation gĂ©ographique qui fait l'essentiel. Appartement convenable.Il faudrait prĂ©ciser dans l'annonce que le box du parking est inaccessible Ă  une grosse voiture, surtout dans une ville oĂč il est impossible de stationner, mĂȘme en mai !
