The floor of my room had food crumbs. The hallway also had crumbs. The toilet rim was quite moldy. I could see the mold when standing. The shower door had a hole and mold.

Cleanliness was the first major problem here, the bathroom in particular. The shower had pink mold near the shower door and in the grout, and the shower glass was spotty and actually had fingerprints on it! The top towel may or may not have been clean, because it wasn’t folded like the other towels. The other major problem was the heater. There was verrrry cold air coming in from under the heater, which made room comfort difficult to balance. Fairfield, please don’t placate me by telling me how sorry you are about my experience. Money talks.

The hotel was acceptable overall; however, the room needed dusting, and the mattress had a noticeable dip that resulted in a sleepless night and backache the following day. This issue was reported before our departure, but the front desk attendant dismissed the complaint, stating that the hotel was in the process of replacing the beds.
