Although only timed street parking is available, there are $5 all-day parking options nearby.

Enter the apartment into an open-plan kitchen/dining living space featuring concrete flooring and wall-mounted reverse-cycle air con. The kitchen comes equipped with a medium sized LG fridge, electric cooktop and under-bench oven, double sink and a tall table with 4 stools. There’s also an under-bench Haier combined washing machine/clothes dryer. The lounge area has a couch which converts into a single bed if needed, a rug for winter comfort and a ‘smart’ TV. A flight of stairs takes you up to the loft bedroom which is carpeted and offers a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays and a door to a small balcony overlooking the interior hall of the building.
