The hotel was decorated so beautifully for Fall. I wanted to sit in from of the lobby fireplace and read a book.. was so cozy. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had so many great options and the coffee was hot and delish. I will definitely go there again… hopefully soon!

Caution not as advertised

Hotels.com is falsely advertising and promoting this property. When I booked it for my family get away it was "promoted". When we arrived, it was not even closed to what was pictured. See attached photos for what we experienced. The pool was unusable, there were multiple bugs floating in it, it was green (photos have not been edited at all), and ice cold. We were told multiple stories why it was so cold. The hot tub was normal pool temp at best, and the water slide was again, ice cold. The whole pool facility was very dirty and gross. The splash pad area was not even there.

Worst Stay Ever!

Hot tub was cold, pool was cold, water slide wasn’t open in time on Sunday. Pool water wasn’t clean, smelt musty, no chlorine. No clean towels in pool area. Tv channels cut out. No hot food for breakfast. There was a knocking sound in the wall overnight.

The room was okay on first site. After being in it feet or socks started to turn black. There was bugs in the ice bucket. Which was not needed because the ice machine was constantly empty. The door to our room was tight. You needed to lean into it to get it to open. Closing it was equally hard and required slamming it loudly to close. The worst part was the pool area. The ground was covered in chipping paint and dead bugs. The hot tub was barely warm and the jets didn't work. The pool was extremely dirty. It was green and freezing cold. The water slide was working and seemed in good repair. However the water was ice cold.

Booked this hotel based on having a waterside for kids. Pics online are not current. The pool has no heat, or circulation so the bottom is full of algae, hot tub is cold, water slide works but very cold to. Very run down property. Staff are very nice and friendly but definitely needs new management and help. The workers on duty are trying to to everything they can but one or two people can only do so much.

The hotel had a terrible smell, the swimming pool and area did not look clean and the room doors were tricky to get into (old key cards). Overall it was fine but super glad it was just a one night only to sleep stay. It would not be a hotel I would go back to.

Pool had algae in it. Was told if we didn't like it. We could be refunded and kicked out. This was at 6:30pm. When all we did was ask 3 questions. The room was cleaned and almost everyone else was nice. Just very concerned if people swim in the pool.

We booked this hotel because it advertised a water slide. When we checked in the lady said the hot tub and pool area wasn't working right - we went to check it out and the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the water slide was closed, and the hot tub was freezing. We immediately went back and asked to cancel our reservation. She was very helpful and canceled the stay and recommended the Holiday Inn down the street. We went there and would highly recommend - they were able to accommodate us immediately and the pool area was warm and clean.

Very seldom do I leave reviews, but this time I was extremely disappointed with the room, it had stains on the wall, ice was in a different building, breakfast lacked, shower rain very slow, it took three or four flushes fir the toilet.

Our room had musty smell. The toilet leaked onto floor. One of rooms had stains on bed linens. We had outdoor entrance and air exchange outside of door was full of cigarette butts. Chose this hotel for pool. Arrived hot tub was cold, jets not working, sand all over bottom. Paint chipping on floors and onto my grandchild. Pool was filthy, bottom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime and they were bugs and blobs of hair floating in pool. Reported to staff upon checkout and e-mailed company no reply received. Very disappointed in our stay

While the hotel is a bit dated, it is clean and comfortable. The staff is incredible and the water slide was really fun for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay!
