The lake shore was beautiful, couldn't be any better! Clear lake water, sandy, very gradual depth making it excellent to play in. Lots of toys and outside chairs provided.The house could use a thorough cleaning: vacuuming, wiping fingerprints off the inside windows, dusting, wiping down appliance fronts. The well pump (?) was located in a bedroom and was very loud when water was needed. The room air conditioner on one side of the duplex smelled wet and musty so it wasn't used. The property is close to Pelican Rapids which has a grocery store and some restaurants and an ice cream shop.
