We found out after we paid for the room that people live in this hotel, they are up all hours of the night slamming doors, yelling, and stomping. Also were smoking in the rooms it smelt so strong of cigarette smoke.wouldnt recommend

Just to note if you arrive after normal business hours, you have to call from the lobby phone to have someone come check you in. but the person that came was very fast. This facility was very very clean. There was a lot of snow and rain when we were there and they kept up with mopping floors to prevent people slipping. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We stayed over New Year’s Eve. The rooms are very clean and had all of the things you may need to cook in the room if you prefer. The beds were comfortable (but not the best) if you have back pain issues. I really wish hotels would invest more in nicer mattresses. I did not reduce the star rating because there are very very few hotels who have really comfortable mattresses unfortunately. Although I did not use the facilities, they have a laundry room and fitness center. It is very convenient because they have a Meijer literally right next-door and a Biggby coffee as well as other restaurants. Very close to 12 Oaks Mall and the freeway also. Definitely plenty of things to do in the area.

The pot and pan in the room I stayed in, 126, did not work with the induction cooktop. Was very disappointed after buying food for dinner and a long day. I could not get ahold of staff also so I had to make other arrangements.
