The hotel and our room were very clean. Breakfast offered many choices, staff were all pleasant. We were able to check in an hour early when we arrived which was much appreciated! Location was also very convenient to multiple restaurants and grocery stores as well as easy freeway access

What a great place to stay! I was on a road trip, that had to be extended, and this was far better stay than the Hyatt Regency we originally stayed at and much more affordable! This place is clean, the staff was great and everything is well maintained

It’s my second time staying at TRU during my travels to Novi. It’s clean and conveniently located to where I wanted to be. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Wish staff were little more professional.

This hotel is a little off the beaten path but it was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a little hard to get to due to so many roads being under construction. We just needed a place to stay after a wedding. This was comparably priced for the amenities we received.

Pretty chill hotel for the most part. Not many restaurants nearby other than near twelve oaks mall. Overall, my stay was nice and quiet. No room services at all (probably should've called the front desk).
