Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and cozy linens. One bedroom includes a Smart TV and loveseat. Shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo and storage for toiletries.

Third-Floor Loft

Open loft space with one queen bed and two Twin XL beds, plus a Smart TV—great for families or groups traveling together.

This home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for group stays. Not a luxury property, but a well-maintained Detroit home in a convenient location.
No parties or events of any kind. No smoking whatsoever inside the property.

The maximum capacity for this house is 10 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host`s discretion.

Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host.

Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $250 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $250).
