This hotel was fine for what we needed. It was a decent location and much more affordable than other comparable hotels. The heat in the room was not turned on prior to our arrival so it was freezing until we were able to figure out the heating unit, but we left for a few hours and it was warm once we got back. Breakfast options were limited, but it was still nice to have something included in the room cost. The room was small, but seemed to be clean. Overall it's a decent place to sleep for a night.

This was an alternative to a sold out hotel that held a conference nearby. I rated everything average because there wasn’t anything extraordinary or above average. I will comment on liking the fact that it was walking distance from much more expensive hotels. When it comes to food, less processed foods would be idea.

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean but my neighbors next door to me cussed and fussed all night. I had a noon check out and I left at 7am. I couldn't take it. I told the front desk and the young lady came right away to them but it didn't help. I wanted to call the cops. It was just that bad.

Our room was supposed to have a queen bed. It was more of a large twin. 2 adults couldn’t fit Nicely on it at all which neither person slept well due to this. The mattress was folded like a taco it was so old and warn in so u spent all night squished in the centre. The main door didn’t shut properly resulting in freezing air coming in all night The thin sheet as a blanket didn’t help we had to sleep in hoddies and swear pants to keep warm the room didn’t have its own heat source only a ac that was broken anyways. The room size was small but we didn’t mind that as we o lot were here to sleep and relax a bit between outting. The carpet was really dirty in the room

Bed comfortable and breakfast okay. Staff pretty helpful. However it was Easy to hear neighbors in room next door. HVAC fan could not operate continuously to drown noise. It also blew air directly on bed. Blow dryer would not heat up. Toilet wasn’t firmly affixed to. Bathroom floor. No elevator. Tv options limited and picture was poor.
