I was walking across the parking lot and a member if the staff ( said he was owner) approched me and asked me if i had a room here. I replied jo but i have a friend here. ( i was staying with mr. Wuerz..He told me to get off the property and ifvi come back he is calling thevpolice.im not sure ifbit ewas an actual employee, but WOW!!!

Had to wait almost an hour to get somebody at the desk to check us in . Called several times nobody answered range the bell for several minutes nobody came then the gentleman came from outside almost an hour we waited to checkin granite he was very polite just took him forever to get to the office to check us in.We get our room there's stuff all over the floor like it hadn't been vacuumed. Few days go by and we need the heater a snowstorm hit didn't work thank God we had to electric heaters in the truck. We let them know front counter say come in at or before 11:00 tomorrow and we can switch your room. Try to call in the morning before walking down and the snowstorm lady has us leave a message in our own room which we didn't even have a phone second time calling she hangs up on us third time it just raining went to voicemail fourth time it finally went through had to call four times to get taken care of room. The room we had sas a king suite one of the higher priced room. She then switched our room to a reg queen.1/2 the price of the king room lady had no idea what she was doing I don't really think a whole lot of them have any idea what they're doing . The heater didn't work in here either there was mold in the bathroom we were next to neighbors who had four dogs in one room that could have been more than 200 square feet that literally barked all freaking day lots of druggies running around and working girls. People dont clean or look after there dog's.use to be nice here.

I never actually stayed, I requested a refund after for the third time they gave me a dirty room with defects. First room, 125, no one vacuum the floors, the lights by the bed didnt work, the surfaces where dirty and the toilet had poop stains. I went to the front desk and she didnt even said sorry, she just have me the second room, 137. This room was "clean" but the hand washer didnt work and the TV was broken, I went to the front desk again and she gave me room 135. I entered this room and it was a combination between 125 and 137. It had toilet poop stains, the hand wash didnt work and the room was dirty. I immediately told front desk to give me a refund. No sorry, no nothing, they didnt care. 0/10 DO NOT STAY THERE.

This hotel is very dirty. The first room they tried to put me in had dirty linen and puddles of water on the floor. The second room they put me in had cockroaches. I didnt even sleep here, the backseat of my car at a random michigan rest stop was cleaner and more comfortable. The gentleman working reception was awesome though.
