This property was nasty as hell. There were roaches and spiders. They moved us 3 times. The absolute worst. Bedspreads were disgusting as well as the floor.

The room was dirty. We got in late and just wanted to sleep. There was hair in the bed, the chair had crumbs all over it, the floor was filthy, the bathroom towels were stained and had hair on them. If you really need a place to sleep, Im sure there are worse places at 1am. And the breakfast thats included was old coffee and stale cereal with no milk. But you get what you pay for.

The staff was wonderful but the hotel needs some cosmetic things fixed. We had holes in our sheets and there was a hole in the upholstery on the seat in front of the window.

This place shouldnt even be allowed to be open. They have bed bugs. Thankful my friends saw the reviews and checked the mattresses at check in. Three different rooms all had the proof of them. I have disgusting photos. They were kind enough to allow me a refund after I asked incredibly kindly.

Halls were not vacuumeed, paint was peeling on the walls, very little professionalism, paper signs all over, at one point the only elevator wasnt working but they only had a sign on one floor, the pool was foamy, back door security lock was broken, our a/c poured water into our room and we had a personal pool in between the beds when we woke up. Their was a cop posted up across the street and always a bunch of people by the back doors smoking and sittting around in their cars. Free breakfast was not enticing. The kiddos even commented on how tiny the bath towels were. The tv wouldnt let us sign into any streaming services but kept rolling through the options. Couch cushions in the entry way were missing. Old a/c units were stacked in the main level hallway along with ironing boards(like it was scrap metal storage).

The air conditioner in the room didn't work. It ran, but no cold air, or any air coming out of it at all even with turning on the fan option. The hallways were very hot and somewhat messy.

Very Disappointing

I had always enjoy staying at Microtel & Suites. This is the first time ever that this brands disappointed me. The hallway smells. Our room is sticky and dirty. Our towels were worn out and onnone of the beds, the sheets were torn. On my next stay, will definitely read latest reviews before booking.

The entire building smelled horrible, and people were in the lot behind the building all getting high. Someone was passed out in a vehicle with the doors open and no one cared. I tried to talk to desk staff but they shrugged me off. I left early and didn't even care I wasn't getting reimbursed because this place was an absolute disaster.
