There was a roach in my room on the wall. I notified the front desk snd the attendant laughed and ssked me should she send someone upstairs to kill it for me. To me this was not a laughing matter and I was not taking serious. So i checked out of the room and requested a full refund and was told No! I will not be staying here anymore!

Breakfast is posted until 10 am on Sundays. Walked down at 9:30 a.m. and they were out of eggs. I asked the attendant if they could replace them, and was told, "no, we don't do more eggs because it's close to ten." I guess a half hour is close enough for them. Disappointing.
