I’m come here every quarter to have time to myself. It’s in my neighborhood. I’ve stayed at most of the others nearby and this is by far my favorite hotel in the Novi area. Always clean. Always maintained. Always quiet. Breakfast is better than most.

Great value, friendly staff, very clean.

The staff was excellent and the hotel really clean and nice. I gave it a 4 on the room condition because there were some things a bit worn, loose toilet paper holder, mismatching door knob that has different paint around it, closet door handle fell off, small things like that. But overall especially for the price the room was very clean and will kept, I would definitely stay there again.

Guy at check in was very helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. No shampoo in dispenser but again guy at check in desk was helpful. Only complaint really was breakfast was not good, and on second day Labor Day it closed at 9:30. We didn’t realize and showed up at 9:32, worker was unfriendly and unhelpful, practically grabbing everything off the counters before we could get anything. We left without getting anything, she could have been nice about it and let us at least get something to go.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! This is my first staying with a Hilton Hotel. This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed at. The employees are such the sweetest people! They greet you, and are so very nice when you ask them any type of questions, or request anything. The breakfast is hot and tastes amazing! They also have a great variety to choose from. The room was so clean that we didn't want to use anything due to not wanting to dirty it lol. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is very spacious and makes you feel like you are in a little apartment. They have a kitchen in the room too. They include dishes, cups, silverwear, and cookwear. We couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay at! We can't thank you all enough for such an amazing stay! 💖

Novi so so stay

Entrance and lobby nice. Check in was fast and efficient. Room okay though bathroom needs updating as the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, shower stall needs resealing and a thorough cleaning. Bed was quite comfy. We did not get our room cleaned after the first night and at check out I was told that they only clean rooms every it day during a stay. I was not told that at check in. The most disturbing thing was that when we returned to the hotel at 9pm after being out all day, there was nobody at the front desk. When I called down 15 minutes later, n answer. I then went down about 10 minutes after that and could not find anybody working. Yikes.

The Novi Homewood Suites has the most friendly management and staff. The hotel was clean, and the room had a full kitchen which felt like home. The shower had fantastic pressure, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, and pastries were delicious. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here. Great value!
