We arrived at the hotel from the airport at 3pm and asked if we can check in early. We were told we had to pay $50. I was not paying that fee. Check was at 4pm. Our concern is normal check in at most hotels are 3pm. If customers have to check out by 11am, we didn't see why we could not check in at 3pm. We literally had to wait around for 1 hour in order to get into our room. That is ridiculous!! After traveling by plane to the hotel we had to wait an hour to rest our heads. Good thing we didn't travel with young children!

Hotel experience was awful. Mold in the bathroom, a very odd smelling room and bed. Their restaurant had only pizza and burgers and the beer was warm with a very rude bartender / waitress. Lady at the front desk cared nothing about the mold or smell in my room and offered to have someone can and spray my room with air freshener. Breakfast was not included as my reservation I guess did not include breakfast. I have never had an awful experience like this one.

Room was clean however steel panel from shower was just propped up in the shower, Hazard for individuals who have children. Asked for two cards only got one, but it was one night so not a big deal. Didn't realize breakfast was not included. So I had an extra charge I wasn't expecting.

room was average. housekeeping attendant was professional and helpful. Joe was the only professional employee (worked evening) at front desk was awesome, helpful and professional. He should be promoted to manage the Inn. I bought breakfast for myself and son. Son lost ticket and rude front desk person said must purchase ticket. Appealed to Manager and she reinforced they would not refund $13 for second ticket. Breakfast was cold and stale each day of our stay. my Bill was $447+ for this awful experience.

Front desk staff were quick and polite at check-in and check out. Limited amenities: WiFi connectivity is poor. No complimentary breakfast. Basic breakfast options available for $13 at hotel restaurant which is also open for dinner. Room average: fridge and microwave were a plus, but bed mattress was hard; average room cleanliness with some hair found in bathroom sink on check-in; very slow flow toilet that required 2-3 flushes to empty after just urination. Small pool and small fitness area with expected range of workout equipment at this price point.

Great service, clean hotel, small hiccup with room

I had an overall great stay. The room was very clean and the staff was attentive. I was a little concerned before arriving because of reviews about door key issues, and I did experience that problem. My key only worked once, and I had to return to the desk three times. A manager came up, confirmed the lock needed to be changed, and they fixed it the same day, which I appreciated. Aside from that, the bed was decent and the property was well-kept. I would stay here again.

Switched me to a downgraded room

I rented a suite it had no air-conditioning so they had to downgrade me to a double bed with one room instead of a kitchenette, separate bathroom and bedroom. I would love to be comped a free room because I was not happy with the room I was in.
