Staying in the hotel for 6 days I have noticed one thing during the breakfast. Same breakfast everyday and not a very good option if you’re Muslim or Jewish. Why pork everyday? Omelet with pork, bacon and potatoes in same chafer. Honestly I enjoyed staying in holiday inn last year. Holiday inn serves great breakfast comparing to Hampton inn. Also staff at the front desk aren’t always in professional attire. They look more like a guest than an employee.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. A couple of structural details did come to my attention: I informed the front desk at check out that the faucet from the sink wouldn’t shut off all the way without considerable force so there were a couple of nights where the faucet ran a small trickle of water the entire night. The cover that protected the neck of the shower head fro mthe wall was loose which opens up the wall to mold and potentially a health hazard for those sensitive to black mold. The sheets did have some spots of what looked like dried blood but that’s hard to spot on such a large operation. Other than that, a great experience and appreciative for everything else.

Staff was amazing!! We stayed primarily for the pool and hot tub, however they were both freezing and the air conditioner was on making it crazy cold. My little kids wanted to swim and could only last about 10 minutes while my oldest wore her winter coat. Staff said they called to have it fixed, however it never was. So disappointed.
