Very unclean, stains and floor hasn’t been vacuumed, dirt and hair in the sink and water bottles and milk bottles were still on the floor next to the beds. Old tissues were under the bedside table. The room was as very unclean we actually left after one night.

Room was clean and in good shape. Front desk staff was quick, helpful, and friendly. We were not told we need a voucher for the free breakfast and the attendant was a little rude about it, but took our room number and it didn’t come up again. The bar never had staff when I went.

Hotel was dirty and smelled gross. Bathroom and rooms were so nasty we left a night early. None of the ice machines were working. Only plus was the FD agent as he was helpful and the bar lady when we needed a hot water. Otherwise please invest in renovating your rooms and common spaces. Maybe bringing on more housekeepers during a slower ADR week and doing an extreme deep clean. It was disgusting.

Cookies were excellent as always! Rooms were fair…. I was disappointed at smelling marijuana all in the room the gave me, but they moved my room quickly upon request. Banquet staff were a bit slow. Event managers were not present as promised the full length of our event and no one had keys to unlock the banquet room we needed to st up for the next day. Did not like the community microwaves in the hallway next to the ice machine. Hotel should offer some kind of complimentary breakfast especially for the cost of the rooms. The hallway was full of leaves on the floor we were assigned. The quality overall is not the same. Beautiful Lobby area. The male manger that checked me out was friendly, professional, accommodating and had a pleasant posture.
