There are some issues with some of the curb-cuts for wheelchair accessiblilty at the various entrances, but aside from that, this is an excellent hotel. We will be back this coming weekend for our third stay at this hotel - the staff is awesome!

Moving forward whenever I visit Detroit I will be staying here. Sade, Sky, and the manager (did not get her name) took such good care of me during my 6 day stay. From the smiles, jokes, shuttle to Walmart for groceries, I never wanted for anything. My room was clean and comfortable.

I was in town for a wedding and there was several people that attended the wedding including the bride and groom that had room issues that weren't addressed. Our room was not properly cleaned and there was no sense of urgency. It's just straighten out any issues that we had. I am never staying at a DoubleTree ever again in life.
