"The room was very clean.
The majority of staff members were exceptional. However, there was a waitress at the Terrace Restaurant that was discourteous during Saturday BBQ buffet. Unfortunately, we did not get a name for her. We did speak to the Manager though. She assured us that the employee will be spoken to. She also brought bottled water to our room afterwards. "
