Most staff members were polite and helpful. The hotel was great, I’ve stayed at many Radisson hotels, especially around Eastern Europe. What bother me from this stay was the fact that I messaged the hotel about three days before my arrival to arrange airport transportation to hotel and back. I received a message confirming the airport pick up and the price of $30 USD. When we arrived at the airport we looked around the arrival hall to see if our shuttle was outside. We waited and looked around for about 30 minutes. I contacted the hotel and they mentioned “if you don’t see anyone from the hotel we recommend you get a taxi from the airport and tell them you’re coming to the Radisson Hotel” we did. We ended taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was fine, we checked in and during the check in process I asked if I could confirm a taxi for the next morning at 4:30am. They said yes, it would be $45 USD plus a 4.5% fee for them booking a taxi. I agreed and paid with my credit card. The morning of our departure, we checked out and informed the gentleman at the desk that we had booked and “confirmed” a taxi for airport transfer. They had no reservation or knowledge of the reservation. They were calling around and even the Hyatt Hotel to try and get a taxi. We waited from 4:35am - 5:12am before we could get a taxi and head to the airport for a boarding time of 6:20am.

Room was good. The Glass window was not sound proof, we could hear vehicle noise all day and night. We arrived few hours early and requested for early check in, the staff told us the room is not ready yet and will be ready in an hour. So wend out looking for local food and explore places around. when we came back after 1 and half hours still room was not ready. Staff kept telling not ready. They were hot honest to let us know that the room will not be available before the check in time i.e 3PM. When we enquired about breakfast after conflicting information from different staff .they told us it is extra it will be $40 a Pearson /day and they could give it at $25/day /person. After complaining to the manager they provide us free breakfast. The breakfast is not worth $25 may be about $12. The greeting/ transpiration staff were superb.

I was greeted by Noel, the most pleasant man possible - he epitomized elite customer service. After a very brief and smooth check-in, he escorted me to my room and ensured that every thing was to my standard and liking. For him alone, I will return every-time. I had no problem whatsoever but my stay was short. Hats off to you Radisson, I'll be seeing you soon.

Very big room with no decorations. Plain beige walls , no pictures or a full length mirror you can actually hear your echo in the room. Hotel lobbies and rugs very outdated. Needs updating. Cleaning staff were very nice
