"Hotel is in a great location restaurants, theme park and shopping centre close by. One the bus route from the airport so easy to get to.
Room was a good size and was clean but did not feel very fresh. Terrible drainage issues in shower which resulted in a room change. New room was fresher but unfortunately the drainage issue was not resolved. Anytime someone used their bathroom our bathroom would smell. We resorted to covering the drain when not in use to reduce the smell.
Breakfast selection was lovely, lots of choice for everyone and things were replenished quickly.
Staff were very nice throughout our staff but we would not return or recommend.
Our final days of our trip were noisy and chaotic due to the hotel being overrun with children on a soccer camp. There was nowhere to escape in the communal areas, the lifts were constantly blocked due and the breakfast hall was super busy. I personally felt that it would have been better if one of the breakfast rooms was assigned to the soccer camp and normal residents could use the second room.
I reached out to the hotel after our stay but had no response and had to go through hotels.com to resolve my complaint. If you are seeking a hotel with a spa facility then I would recommend Jaczy which has a fun vibe whilst maintaining a level of relaxing. "
