"The room was dark, even with the lights on. Maybe to hide the not so clean? The coffee maker couldn't be plugged in without climbing on the floor. The room temp was not maintained easily. I had it on 61, and hardly ever cooled down. It was okay, but not sure I would pick again."

"I never stayed at a hotel that I had to pay an extra $20.00 to he on the first floor. Especially after requesting first floor.,was told I booked 2 nd floor but she seen the request. I booked a standard room. Will never stay at a Best Western if that is there policy, or was it at this location. Will not recommend this location."

"When I checked in they sent me to a room that was occupied already. When I went back to the front desk they told me that no one should be in the room and reprogrammed my key cards. I tried again only to be confronted by the lady already in the room. When I went back to the desk again they somehow found the note that said they moved someone else into our room because the other customers room was dirty at check in. The lady at the desk sent a man that had been hanging around at the desk to check the dirty room to see if it had been cleaned. He returned and said it was but when we entered the room we found dirty socks in two different spots in the room. The room had also been renovated and there were visibly exposed wires in the bathroom and near the bed there was an outlet without a cover. Over all the room was in terrible condition."
