"I asked when checking in if the hottub was working and was told yes. When going to use it we found that the jets were not working and there were no towels in the pool area. I told the desk and they same person told me the hottub was not working There were no washcloths in the room, there wasn't a remote for the TV in the bedroom and the coffee maker didn't have the piece that holds the coffee pack. I told the front desk about these issues at checkout but he didnt bother to write any of it down so most likely the next person will have the same issues. The breakfast was good. We have stayed here alot in the past year, however it has gone downhill. Also the price has increased by almost a hundred dollars in one week. It's not a bad hotel for the lower price but it is certainly not worth $171 plus tax."

"I was very disappointed. When we walked in it smelled musty from the poorly maintained pool. The water was murky, the lighting was dim, and there were no towels. Then we went to the room. It was ok but it needed renovation badly especially the bathroom. In the shower area there were chunks of wall missing, peeling paint, the shower bar was hung crooked so the curtain kept falling to the middle instead of closed, and there was soap chunky residue on the shower shelves. (I have photos). The only saving grace was the staff. Everyone was very kind. And the breakfast was fresh and maintained."
