I complained to front desk from day we checked in (Thursday) but was told manager will be in following Tuesday. Upon checking out I requested partial refund or another night. We were comped one more night in a different room that had hot water. This shows that we could have been moved to a different room that had hot water but no one notified us of this. No one is transparent at this hotel."

"I was disappointed with breakfast, no variety; eggs and sausage, bake and Saltfish, eggs and plantain, tuna/ cheese sandwiches, tea coffee or mixed juice, melon, pineapple each on specific mornings. No cereal boxed/cooked, no pancakes, no choice in the preparation of eggs (fried sunny side up, boiled, poached) just scrambled. I am of the opinion that having paid for breakfast one should be given the opportunity to chose what they preferred."
