"The hotel has poor customer service. My room was cancelled because my card was locked. As stated in the reservation that I will pay at property once I arrive. Never received a phone call about card issue because all I had to do was remove the lock off my card. Arrived at property to find out my reservation was canceled around 5:00 pm and coming four hours out of town to find a place to stay was not easy. Thank you for your inconveniences and poor communication skills. This was an bad experience don’t wish this on my worst enemy."

"The room was very clean. I had a partial ocean view and I could see the ocean from the room as described. Parking was a little tight in the garage under the hotel but there street parking available in addition. "
