Rooms are always clean and well maintained, the breakfast is great. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. They even remember us when we come back which makes coming to The Palms feel like home. We love this place and have been staying here since 2017! So many nice stores, restaurants and continently located close to anything else you’d need! Highly recommend if you want to have an amazing time while in IOP! ❤️

Pros: room was clean and housekeeping was great. Good location, close to local eateries, stores and beach. Continental breakfast was ok, not great. Cons: door stuck, didn’t open or close well. Furniture was lacking, no couch or comfy chairs. U basically have to sit on bed. No place to lay out clothes.

Beautiful property. Limited parking available. We were lucky when we checked in that we got a spot in the parking garage but later after going out to eat, had to park a good distance away and walk with leftover items. Worst part by far though was the noise. Walls are so thin that you can hear any noise especially when the neighbors are loud and bachelorette parities are going on. Absolutely unable to rest despite super comfortable bedding and mattresses. A beautiful property but avoid if you are looking for rest.

Hotel was clean and very nice! Beds were comfortable! We had rain so beach wasn’t available, but so convenient to the beach and the views were great! Due to rain we couldn’t utilize balcony for our coffee breaks, but was really nice!
