The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Gather and put all used towels in the shower. -Leave used beds unmade, please do not strip the bedding.
-Empty the coffee grinds from the coffee pot and any used nespresso pods from the nespresso machine. -Check drawers, under the bed, and electrical outlets for any personal items.
-Check the outdoor grill-make sure the gas is turned off and that the grill is clean and covered. -Please take out any trash from the backyard, bathrooms, and kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My family and I came for a fishing trip and we had a GREAT TIME. Our house was everything just like the pictures. It was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed plus some. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The pool was clean and we had a good time relaxing after a long day out deep sea fishing! 10/10 we will be back AGAIN!
