Spectacular Gulf and beach views from this fully renovated and professionally decorated 2BR/2BA beachfront condo. High-end finishes throughout including granite and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, large custom walk-in shower in master bathroom, custom tub/shower in guest bathroom, tile and carpeting. You'll find a king bed in the master BR, 2 queens in guest BR, and a sleeper sofa in the LR. The unit features 4 flat screen TVs: 65” smart HD TV in LR as well as a Sony home theater system with speakers; 55” HD TV with DVD player in master BR; 46” HD TV and Blu-ray player in guest BR; and 21” TV in kitchen. There's a Kitchen Aide ice maker in the wet bar and an abundance of high-quality patio furniture. A reserved indoor parking space completes this condo. This unit offers free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) New Favorite Vacation Spot

We had an amazing time! Everything was beautiful and very clean. The process to check in and out was very easy. We loved the rocking chairs on the huge balcony. We are already planning our stay for next year!

IDEAL VRBO

This was just ideal--clean, convenient location, beach property was perfect. This unit even had a reserved parking spot in the garage that I didn't notice in the listing. I mean, just perfectly ideal. If I had to offer some comments for improvement, it would be a better pizza cutter and sharper knives. Seriously though, if that's the worst I can come up with, then you should understand this was a perfect place for our family. Everything is updated, the granite counter tops are nice, the view is amazing, this place was great. Thank yOU!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed this clean and beautifully decorated getaway. The views were gorgeous. We had trouble getting gate to work to get into property, and had trouble getting help. Thankfully we figured out on our own we needed to punch in the code quickly. The master bed was amazing and the second bedroom was good. For the price I would expect more paper products ( tp, paper towels), though there was enough for getting started ( we stayed several days). There were no storage items- bags, foil, Saran Wrap. Again something we’d expect at this price point. That said, we loved the Breathtaking view, And the fact we get two chairs and umbrella on a private beach. It was truly a wonderful place and so very clean!
