The condo is very outdated and needs to be addressed. The king bed needs a new mattress. Putting bar height chairs on the balcony would give a better view due to the bars on the railing. Moved to 304 and the difference was night and day.

Very nice view of the ocean. The bathroom shower curtain is dirty, and the kitchen cabinets are sticky. The sink was stopped up and smelled bad. Very poor lighting in the entire condo. We had so much trouble with the code at the gate going out to the beach. Then the elevator stopped working, could not get in touch with anyone. Had to use the stairs and very poor lighting there also.

Beautiful view of the water! The condo is well stocked with kitchen items and the condo was immaculately clean! The walking path to the beach is not very far so its super easy to go back and forth when you keep forgetting things, haha. We were very happy with our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, close to everything. The beach area at this location wasn't crowded at all. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great ocean views. Nice pool. We would stay again!

Pro - Access to the beach and views were outstanding. Easy parking, quit part of the community, friendly families, and the beach team. It is an older unit that shows the love that comes with that but it is not an issue. - I would recommend that you bring quarters if you want to use the laundry but other than that it was what was promised.

Location and proximity to the beach was excellent.

I can only complain about three situations we experienced in this property. 1- There was a terrible smell we noticed once we got into the property. This smell didn’t go away. 2- The toilet in the master room was really bad, it won’t flush normally. It was so bad that we had to use the second bathroom all the time we were there. 3- I called the emergency number for maintenance more than 3 times. The line was always busy.
