Welcome to White Sand Escape is a stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury home nestled within the private, gated community of Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle. This three-story residence combines elegance and comfort, featuring coffered ceilings, marble surfaces, a gourmet kitchen, high-end furnishings, and a private elevator providing easy access to every level.

Step outside and enjoy your own private heated pool, available for an additional $300 per stay. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, complete with a grill and a ping pong table. Guests also have access to four adult bikes to explore the scenic surroundings.

Destin Pointe is one of the area's most exclusive beachfront communities, surrounded by sugar-white sands, two coastal dune lakes, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the East Pass, the home offers a front-row seat to weekly harbor fireworks. Community amenities include three resort-style pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and private beach access.

Inside, the first floor welcomes you with a spacious entryway and direct access to the outdoor area. The second floor features two beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, one with a shower only and the other with a shower/tub combination. On the third floor, you’ll find the luxurious primary suite with a king bed and a set of twin bunks, along with a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower and tub. Also on this level is a cozy bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and a convenient kitchenette.
