Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Please take all trash and unwanted food to the trash chute. Load dishwasher and start it.
Leave all sheets on beds, also leave towels in the bathrooms. We inventory all linens upon your departure.
Please leave all wrist bands back on the tray. Any wrist bands not returned will result in a $15 per band charge. Thank you and I hope we see you again.

Please care for my condo better than you care for your own home. NO UTILITY CARTS OR LUGGAGE CARTS IN CONDO NO EATING IN THE LIVING ROOM ON COUCH ETC
No loud music at any time. Quiet time is 10pm-8am. No dogs. No parties, no exceptions!
Unload your luggage, groceries, etc. outside the front door. Front door camera allows me to enforce all rules, number of persons, etc.

Overall everything met and exceeded my expectations. From the cleanliness of the condo (did notice some strands of hair in tubs on tile), our host was responsive to all messages-especially when checking in, the view took our breath away ( we just missed out on seeing the beautiful sunset that was pictured in the listing-the other properties blocked the view, we were so happy to see that there was no carpet which was shown in the listing, and the temperature in the unit was totally comfortable. We are already planning for our next visit and are more than happy to share our experience for others to vacation at the property. Thanks so much for a wonderful time away from home!

First of all the view from this condo is breathtaking. Beautiful! The host was quick to respond to messages and the condo was just as expected. Easy to access, clean and everything worked as it should. Enjoyed the outdoor patio with enough chairs for all 6 of our group. It was right in the middle of the main road so everything was a quick drive or even a walk away! Staff was friendly and they were always cleaning so everywhere was clean and tidy! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to get away and wake up to absolutely gorgeous sunshine and beach waves every day!
