Majestic Sands! This NEW home really is majestic with ALL the amenities you would expect and some you might not know you needed! The home allowed everyone to have their own space (Bath in every Bedroom a PLUS) and still have the benefits of a well equipped, chef-inspired kitchen and dining area for gathering together! Our family (9 of us - from ages 5 to 88) enjoyed it all--TV's in every Bedroom, loft and patio. Loved the pool! The "office area" for those who still have to work while on vacation, and "studio" above the garage were both great perks! Just a short golf cart ride to the Beach. Don't hesitate to stay at this home, the pictures don't do it justice! The property managers were very responsive to minor questions-concerns. Perfect family vacation spot! -- V.S.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our whole family, ranging in age from 6 to 65. We loved that all the bedrooms were the same style—no arguments over who got which room! The thoughtful design of the home made it feel welcoming and functional for everyone. The pool, reading nook, the entertainment area to gather & play board games and the LSV were wonderful additions that really made our trip extra special. Beach Reunion was great to work with—quick to answer any questions, very kind, and incredibly accommodating. They worked to get us in a few hours early and out, which we really appreciated. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES

Beach Towels: You will be provided with 12 luxurious, over-sized beach towels for the duration of your stay with Beach Reunion at Majestic Sands.

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for from March 1st - October 31st. Service includes 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $125/day or $875/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Hot tub heat may be purchased for $50/day or $350/ week. Hot tub heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.
