One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. Brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Everything about this condo was amazing! It was very comfortable and truly felt like home. The property was spotless, very clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The view was absolutely beautiful, and visiting in May was perfect — the weather and beaches were incredible.The location was also a huge plus because everything was nearby and convenient. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ve already booked my next visit! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Destin, Florida.

Outstanding condo in Destin! This unit was exceptionally clean and updated. The owner communicated before our stay and checked in during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked, small appliances are new and clean and the updates are very nice. The balcony furniture is perfect for enjoying the view. The bed was comfortable and this unit provided plenty of towels so I didn't need to do laundry on my trip! We plan on booking this unit again this year!
