The room was perfect—clean, comfortable beds for me and the children, just what we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to have to pay £10 per night to park my car, totaling £30 for three nights. I understand charging for parking for guests using the car park to fly from East Midlands Airport, but for guests staying at the hotel for the full duration, this feels unfair. Hotel guests should not have to pay the same parking fees as non-guests.

The room felt very dirty like it had been cleaned a little! The bed was okay and seemed the safest place. Until when we were up for the early flight we saw sweaty hand marks on the head board of the bed! Bathroom was clean ish. No soap, shower gel. Luckily we were flying aboard and was able to use our own! Check in Staff need to learn their left from rights. Send us all the way round the trees and house to get to our room. When we left to go get a drink. Noticed you leave the room on the left and a left again and your by reception! Would I stay here again. Maybe…… if I have another early flight.
