The sleeping arrangements are spread over two floors; downstairs you will find one queen-size bed and a bunk bed ideal for kids with a twin below and a single on top, while upstairs features two queen-size beds and an additional single bed. Please note that the two futons are not for regular use as they can cause damage, but they can be available for an extra charge if an emergency situation arises. The cottage features two bathrooms; downstairs you'll find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a full washer and dryer, while upstairs has a bathroom with a bath/shower combination, toilet, and sink.

You'll have everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, an 8-cup coffee maker, a stove with an oven, and a microwave. For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with modern climate control, featuring two heat pumps that provide both heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, and a backup oil furnace for colder winter days. Stay connected with Starlink high-speed WiFi, and unwind with the Smart TV offering Netflix and YouTube.

The true magic of the cottage lies outside, where you can unwind on the spacious porch and soak in the beautiful views of the tidal river. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit for stories and s'mores, or fire up the supplied propane BBQ for a perfect dinner under the sunset.
