I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Orchid Chandigarh for the first time, and I must say—I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail stood out. A special shoutout to Aarti at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect in every way. Her warm welcome, helpful attitude, and willingness to accommodate my late checkout made a lasting impression. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and a calming ambiance that made it easy to relax and unwind. This was my first experience with The Orchid Hotels, and it certainly won’t be my last. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a memorable stay!

This is a new hotel so it’s still working out the kinks. The hotel is large and modern looking. They offered us chai on arrival which was a nice touch after a long drive. The pool was a highlight for the kids. The breakfast buffet was decent but the dinner was disappointing - slow and not very good. The biggest flaw was the loud and obnoxious club music that they play in the hotel hallways. It actually affected our ability to sleep. They also do not have any facilities for drivers so not a great place for a pit stop on a long journey.
