Had an amazing stay at Orchid Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The breakfast was perfect with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Service throughout the stay was exceptional, and every detail was handled professionally. Highly recommend Orchid Hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable experience. Will definitely come back again!

Our room was very clean with good amenities. The food was also delicious. Loved the overall service of staff We also got a spa which was very relaxing Only thing which got me disappointed that we could not enjoy pool. There was a wedding going on same day, due to which we were not allowed to go to pool area. I had confirmed the pool timings from staff a day before, and they didn’t tell anything like this, otherwise I could have gone to pool a day before

What made the hotel extra special was the staff. All exemplary, reception staff were a bit timid and probably could do with stronger personalities and better customer service skills bit rest of staff from doormen, luggage guys, security and especailally the dining room staff. Only real issur O had os that we had to keep clairifying our half board status, we had to clarify this at least 4 times even at check out which was quite embarrasing and extrememly annoying
