Staffs were helpful and efficient and they kindly extended our check out time to take into account our late flight. Despite being so close to a major transport hub, the hotel felt calm, safe, and well‑designed for travellers. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options each morning, from Chinese dishes to Western favourites, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. Everything was well‑stocked and tasted great, making it a perfect start to the day. Our room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The layout was thoughtful, the bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness exceeded expectations. It felt like a true retreat after long days of exploring Hangzhou. Overall, this hotel delivers fantastic value, comfort, and convenience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou."
