Griffith at the front desk was awesome with my check out taking great care of my bags. And the young Hispanic girl who checked me in on Wednesday night was awesome. She also helped find my Starbucks reusable cup that I accidentally left in the morning next to the coffee urns in reception! I am so grateful. Victoria who retrieved my car was very kind and helpful with my luggage . The hotel is clean and so very quiet. Thank you for an amazing experience. I’ll be back. Thank you !!! ❤️

When i check into my room i realized they gave me the wrong room. I wanted a king cooner with a normal shower they gave me a handicap shower. It gets way worse though. Upon entering our room you could see the windows were very dirty with hand prints and face prints it looked like people had sex on the windows.i asked them to clean it right away ans that i would be gone for 2 hours. When we came back it still wasnt clean. I asked then to clean it again. After about an hour i check and they still havent cleaned it.. its now 11 at night we are ready for bed. But i ask them again pleaseeee clean our windows we paid good money for the window view and our whole night we couldnt enjoy it. I was very unhappy the windows wernt clean until after 11.. i will not be back to this property unless something is done for our troubles
