The room climate felt mucky upon entering. The window unit AC made us get stuffy while we slept. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. The entire hotel felt hot and uncomfortable. We will be booking a different hotel next time.

This a very good place to stay close to the UNT camus. The hotel smelled good, loookef clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would say good value and convience make a good hotel a great one. To the parents coming to see their kids I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stay was okay, nothing special. Only stayed here because it was only hotel with a king bed. Should have picked a different location as there was quite a few things that rubbed me the wrong way. Outside presentation was looking run down, the pool didn’t look kept up with, few times I saw randoms sitting by the pool and bikes just leaned against the gate. Second when I first came to check in there was a smell that never left, you could smell it even in the hall ways; it smelled gross but was able to ignore for the most part as my baby and I weren’t there much. Third on a couple nights someone was smoking weed a room or so over as our room started to smell like it, did not report as we had a couple things we reported that took a while to get back to us like the smoke alarm making noise and they didn’t send someone till 9pm to go check it out.. my baby was trying to go to sleep so we sent the away as who send someone so late at night.. then when I checked out a couple hours later they send me a text saying I left damage. Which I am still trying to figure out how I “caused” it as stated above my child and I were rarely there, my husband would only come at night to sleep. At the end I give them a 2/5 stars. They can definitely improve a lot as I paid over $500 for my 6 days, ridiculous they are still trying to get more money from me. Overall not very satisfied with my stay here, will not rebook in the future.

This is an old hotel that llooks good on the outside. Once you enter the hallway and walk up the sagging stairs under the newish carpet you realize you should’ve spent $20 more to stay in a decent hotel. Water is like warm and the whole interior needs a facelift
