I am very disappinted in this hotel. 2 minutes after booking I realized that I had made a reservation at the wrong city. I immediately tried to cancel and they would not make an exception. Therefore i paid for the room. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but this was not exceptible to me. Im also in management and sometimes you do have to make an exception. Im a regular traveler, and I will not be staying at this La Quinta in Denton.

The room was clean and comfortable, so that part was great! We had to wait for 10-15 minutes at the unattended front desk to check in. During our wait, several people came in and out including random food delivery drivers. Safety and security is not taken seriously at that location.

A lot of rusted parts and dented metal around the room. Carpets were definitely worn in the hallways. For a place that is only fifteen years old I thought it looked like a place much older when taking into consideration the price I paid.
