Cleanliness is less than poor. One night, when we got back to sleep, our bed was not done, other day, there were no hand towels, pieces of trash were found in carpet, every day, other day in shower, there was hair, left in the morning. People is very nice, but ineficient.

They need to change their policy on time of cleaning rooms or go backs. If we were out by 11am, they physically saw you leave the room, they should clean your room-3 days no cleaning. The shower leaked out the floor & we needed towels to clean up mess and the air conditioner only came on at 69 degrees, not 70, 71, 72…only fan came on above 69
