Parking was very limited if you arrived after 9:00pm. Air conditioning in the room was either extremely cold or humid and hot. The bathtub was dirty, and when we arrived there were no towels in the bathroom. Had to go ask for them at 10:30pm. Also, there was no remote control in the room. We didn’t really need it the first night, as we arrived fairly late, but the second night we went to the front and asked for a remote, they said they would have to bring one down. They never came, so we never got the tv on or working. Breakfast area is EXTREMELY small, so either you take it to go in your room or hope it’s not very crowded. Overall, I can see why it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area. Not a great experience.

For the money i paid for the room, i would hope that the room was a little bit better put together. I would also like to add that if i book a jacuzzi room, then there be something mentioned about a cash deposit! The staff wasn't going to let us stay without it, even though i already paid for the room and had a receipt. If you're coming to Denton, be cautious of this Hotel.

$100 deposit

When I arrived I got told I had to put down a $100 deposit (which I never saw on online when I booked the room). So I told the girl what for. She said if there are any damages to the room etc. I said I didn't have $100 on myself. She said oh there's a ATM right over there. I guess she didn't want me leaving to go get cash somewhere. So I went to the ATM over by the ice machine. I didn't like doing that because it charged me $3.95 to get cash out of there. It would of been better if I was able to leave and go get cash at an actual ATM where I bank so I wouldn't of gotten charged the fee for using theirs. I don't think I would choose to stay at that location again.

This was the most digusting hotel I ever stay in. The smell was awful and I got sick from all the mold and dust.
Pillows suppose to be White but they were BROWN with massive stains.
I was itching so I assume bed bugs!

Unprofessional and scam friendly

Terrible customer service. Cash only deposit. Rooms smelled like smoke. Accused of smoking in room. After requesting and receiving a room that didn’t smell like smoke. Attempted to keep deposit. Thank God my husband was with me. They didn’t want to go there. I would not recommend this hotel. I will never return. But if you choose to stay. Beware!
