Its location on the northern slope of El Montgó provides sunny days in winter and cool breezes in summer. The ground floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Relax in the sun by the private pool and enjoy your Mediterranean garden. It features private parking and a covered terrace with a pellet stove. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in. Good construction, stone floors, wooden windows, a total of 2 air conditioners (master bedroom and living room), electric heating, fireplace, pellet stove, pool, bodega, barbecue electric heating, fireplace, pellet cooker, swimming pool, wine cellar, barbecue, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine. The beds are 150x190 cm (main bedroom), x2 beds of 80x190 cm joined as a double bed and in the last bedroom there is a bed of 90x190 cm with the possibility of unfolding a second bed of the same dimensions, which is located underneath it.

We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is located on the eastern slope of the natural park of El Montgó. It is located in the Dènia town, close to the village but far enough away to enjoy of a few quiet days. The beach is only 10 minutes from the villa.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
