In the district of La Playa de les Deveses, in the resort 5 km from the centre of Els Poblets, outside the resort, 11 km from the centre of Dénia, 170 m from the sea, 170 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 10 m, bar 10 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 170 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
