Der Zustand, die Ausstattung sowie die Lage dieses Apartments, so auch die überaus netten Vermieter und die problemlosen Abläufe waren so gut, dass wir es beinahe lieber für uns als Geheimtipp behalten wollten. Haben uns nun dennoch dazu entschieden, dieses wunderschöne Erlebnis auch anderen zu gönnen… Alles top, es gibt nichts anzufügen.

très belle découverte

Logement conforme à l'annonce, résidence très calme, belle plage peu fréquentée à 100m Nous avons visité les environs, de Valencia à Calpe. Seul petit bémol : la route qui passe devant la résidence est assez passante, mais ça ne nous empêcherait pas de revenir. Nous avons passé une très belle quinzaine !

EL APARTAMENTO ESTÁ MUY BIEN Y ES TAL CUAL APARECE EN LAS FOTOS. EN AMBAS HABITACIONES LA CAMA DE MATRIMONIO ES MUY GRANDE Y ESTÁN BIEN Y HAY 2 VENTILADORES DE TECHO. LOS BAÑOS COMO NUEVOS. LA COCINA TIENE TODOS LOS UTENSILIOS NECESARIOS Y PERFECTOS SOLO DESTACAR QUE LA NEVERA ES DE LAS PEQUEÑITAS Y ES UN POCO INCOMODO SOBRETODO EN VERANO QUE NECESITAS MÁS ESPACIO PARA BEBIDAS, FRUTA, ETC Y HELADOS PARA CONGELADOR QUE ES ENANO Y TE OBLIGA A IR MAS A MENUDO A COMPRAR PERO POR LO DEMÁS BIEN. EN MI CASO JUSTO SE HABIA ESTROPEADO EL HORNO Y VITROCERAMICA Y LOS IBAN A PONER NUEVOS EN UNA SEMANA Y ME PUSIERON UNOS HORNILLOS ELECTRICOS QUE ME APAÑARON BIEN. WIFI Y TV EN PERFECTAS CONDICIONES A IGUAL QUE EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DEL COMEDOR. EL PROPIETARIO MUY AMABLE Y EN SEGUIDA SE PUSO EN CONTACTO CON NOSOTROS. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je n ai pas été déçu, l'appartement pratique, clair, bien aménagé et propre en rez de jardin donne directement sur la piscine la plage pas très loin vraiment comme décrit sur le site. L'endroit est calme, reposant ns avons pu ns ressourcer entouré de montagnes. Pour les endroits plus animés il faut se déplacer convient à toutes les personnes petits et grands. De plus le proprietaire tres agréable dans l 'échange. Je pense pas y retourner tout de suite mais je le conseille vivement.

Excellent séjour passé à Dénia en famille. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, proche de la plage et commodités. Propriétaire joignable et à votre écoute. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Appartement spacieux et confortable. Il est très bien équipé. Il est situé en rez-de-chaussée, juste à côté de la piscine et on peut se rendre à pied à la plage de sable fin. Le propriétaire est très attentionné. Je recommande vivement ce logement.
