Arbor Myst is a beautifully remodeled four bedroom log home in the gated Snowline community near Glacier, Washington. Backing to the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, it combines the warmth of a mountain cabin with thoughtful comforts for families, couples, and ski groups traveling together.



With three king bedrooms, four Twin XL bunks, three bathrooms, and accommodations for up to ten guests, everyone has room to enjoy the trip.



A HOME MADE FOR MOUNTAIN DAYS



After a day skiing at Mt. Baker, return to a home designed for exactly this kind of getaway.



Leave wet boots and winter layers in the dedicated gear area, where a commercial boot and gear dryer helps prepare everything for tomorrow.



Head upstairs, settle beside the gas fireplace, and enjoy dinner together in the open concept great room. Later, slip into the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor gas fireplace, or relax in the separate recreation room.



Outdoor patio heaters add comfort to the gathering spaces during cooler weather.

Snowline's heated outdoor swimming pool is a seasonal summer amenity and is closed during fall and winter.

The Neighborhood:

Arbor Myst is located in Snowline, a gated mountain community near the village of Glacier, Washington, along the scenic Mt. Baker Highway.



The neighborhood borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and offers wooded walking areas, river access, a playground, and outdoor community spaces.



Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 25–30 minutes away in favorable conditions, making Snowline a convenient base for winter skiing and snowboarding. During warmer months, guests can explore the region's hiking trails, rivers, and scenic mountain destinations.



Glacier has a small selection of locally owned restaurants and businesses. Hours can vary seasonally, so we recommend planning ahead.



Snowline's outdoor heated pool is a summer-only amenity, typically operating around Memorial Day through Labor Day, subject to HOA scheduling and conditions. It is closed during fall and winter.

WINTER TRAVEL



Arbor Myst is in a mountain community where snow, ice, and changing weather can affect road conditions. We strongly recommend an all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle during winter. Please check local forecasts and road conditions before traveling.



INTERNET & CELL SERVICE



WiFi is available at the home. Cell reception can be limited in Glacier and the surrounding mountains, depending on your carrier.



Regional internet and utility service may occasionally be affected by severe weather, falling trees, or other conditions outside our control. Please download important directions and arrival information before your trip.



POWER BACKUP



The home has an automatic backup generator, an added convenience during mountain weather events.



GROCERIES & SUPPLIES



We recommend shopping for your main groceries in Bellingham before heading up Mt. Baker Highway. Glacier has a smaller selection of stores and restaurants, with hours that may change seasonally.



WILDLIFE & FOREST SETTING



The home borders a natural forest environment where wildlife and insects are part of the surrounding ecosystem. Please keep food and garbage secured indoors and avoid leaving food or coolers outside.

Snowline's outdoor heated swimming pool is open seasonally in summer only and is closed during fall and winter. Community facilities are subject to HOA rules and availability.
