The home accommodates up to eight guests, with three king bedrooms and a queen Murphy bed in the primary suite. An open living area, well-stocked kitchen, and indoor-outdoor gathering spaces make it easy to enjoy time with family or friends while still having room to unwind.



Set in a residential part of south Delray Beach, Waterway Palms puts Atlantic Dunes Beach, Atlantic Avenue, and neighboring Boca Raton within easy reach by car.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS



Three king bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements without shared bedroom walls. Each is described in the existing listing as having its own bathroom, allowing guests space and privacy throughout their stay.



- Primary suite: King bed, queen Murphy bed, ensuite bathroom, workspace, and generous closet space.

- Front king suite: King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and dresser.

- Back king suite: King bed, bathroom with tub/shower, canal views, and direct outdoor access.



The extra queen Murphy bed gives groups additional flexibility without turning the main living area into a sleeping space. Linens and bath towels are provided.



KITCHEN & DINING



The kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home or bring back takeout after a day exploring Delray Beach. A gas range, stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and ample preparation space support everything from breakfast to a shared dinner.
