The space was priced right as we just slept & showered there. Location walking distance to everything--highly recommend Ziree Thai & Sushi. Do not walk at night. No living room, huge bathroom, tight queen, bring your own coffee.

Easy to check in and out, great comfortable little space. Snafu with the water being shut off but it was a city mistake and cleared up within a few hours. Walkable to downtown and Walgreens and pizza etc. Couple ants here and there but not more than the usual in a place like FL. Loved the little alleyway with chairs. I would definitely book here again.

Host was very accommodating. It is NOT a one bedroom house. It is a one bedroom small apartment with little amenities other than free parking and security precautions. Neighborhood is nice off of Atlantic Avenue with loads of entertainment and food establishments.Price is reflective of limited size of apartment.

Overall our stay was very good. We had a very difficult time at checking, and was not able to get in the first night. We tried multiple times to get in touch with the host, we ended up calling VRBO and they were able to set us up in a hotel for the night. We did get reimbursement immediately for the hotel stay. The host did finally get in contact with us and was very accommodating. Let’s just say there was a lack of communication between VRBO and the host The host did reach out a couple times during our stay and after we left to make sure everything was fine. Once we were able to get into our unit it was very nice and clean. The unit wasn’t as big as we had thought, but it was plenty big enough for my husband and myself. I would rent from this host again, but would make sure that there was communication between the host and VRBO.
