This is a decent budget hotel for those of limited means. Accommodations were nice, but nothing great. I was really disappointed that the little fridge was plugged into an outlet that was on the same circuit as the room light which meant that when I turned off the light, the fridge turned off. Bad design! I got some ice from the dining room to keep my food cold in my cooler.

Good overnight stay.

Facing the interstate highway, it is very noisy with traffic sound. Asked the clerk to change my bedding during my multiple day stay, she said okay, then ignored my request.

The room was cool, but the staff told us upon check in the room was cleaned every three days and that was not true. On the 5th day they offered to clean the room but it was not until 530pm. We also tried to check out a day early 48 hours before and they said everything was good to go but I got charged for the last night anyways.

The room smelled funny. Ac unit didn't shut off. Tv didn't work. Kept having to go up and get new keys cause they tried checking me out everyday. When i made a muilt day stay. Asked for service one morning, got back and nothing had been done. Had to go down to desk and ask again.

First we couldn't check in due to no electricity at the hotel. When we did get checked in, the room we were given hadn't even been cleaned so we had to move to another room. That room had a TV that would randomly turn on even though we hadn't touched the remote so we had to unplug it. A lamp was missing so one side of the room was very dark. We told management all of these things and very little was done to make things right. We will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

I would NEVER stay here again. The first room we were assigned was either already in use or had not been cleaned. When we unlocked the door, the bed was not made and the lights were on. We were quickly assigned another room but they didn’t have any more of our specific room type available so we got placed into a double room rather than the king that we had booked. Our second room was NOT clean. There was a pile of dirty napkins on one of the beds, beard trimmings in the sink, floor not vacuumed, a crusty bloody looking booger on the nightstand. I called the front desk and the employee was sympathetic but did not offer to re room us or give us any type of discount. We stayed the night out of necessity. When we crawled into bed we discovered a huge brown stain on the blanket. In the morning I told the person at the desk (same from last night) about how dirty our room was and he said sorry and that he would supervise cleaning staff more. He said there was nothing he could do about our charge except to offer 50% discount in the future but of course we would never stay here again.
