A peaceful and cozy atmosphere at Sparrowhawk Lodge nestled in the Alberta Rockies. Located just a short 10-minute drive from Canmore, the property offers breathtaking views of the Rockies, easy access to nearby trails and green spaces, and a serene courtyard perfect for unwinding. The spacious condo is designed with families in mind and provides added privacy with only one neighboring unit—ideal for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures.



During your stay, you’ll have access to a range of luxury amenities, including a private balcony, a heated year-round pool, a hot tub, underground parking, a private fitness center, secured bike and ski storage lockers, and wheelchair accessibility. The courtyard also features gas firepits, creating a cozy space to enjoy the mountain air.



If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love the attention to detail we’ve put into the kitchen. It’s fully stocked with high-quality pots, pans, and utensils to help you create delicious meals and make your stay truly memorable. For your convenience, the complex features a diner and a liquor store, as well as specialty food and wine shops that are local favorites—perfect for gathering everything you need for an amazing meal.



Additionally, the large covered patio is equipped with a BBQ grill, ideal for enjoying warm evenings with some outdoor cooking. If you’d like to use the BBQ, please let us know in advance, as it’s available for an additional fee.

We stayed at Cozy Cove Retreat while visiting Banff National Park. It is located in a condo community in Dead Mans Flat which is about a 10 minute drive to Canmore. Canmore is the town that has a lot of shopping and restaurants. This was a great place to stay, it was about 1 hour from Banff. Easy drive to Banff. Tayo was the host, very receptive, answered all questions and easy to get in contact with. The condo was clean, we had a parking space, had everything you need, including a BBQ grill on the deck. Deck was great, easily sat 4 people. Very pleased with the condo. Also a gas station with great coffee, and a restaurant for breakfast right across the road.

Summer Getaway

We loved this location! Condo was clean, had all the amenities we needed with plenty of space for us all. We really enjoyed coming back from a day in Banff to the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend this location! Only 8 minutes from Canmore and 15 minutes into Banff.

Home away from Home

Short drive to Banff.. hiking trail to river just out back (45 min loop to river). Walking distance to gas station and cafe.. We loved it there! Honestly for a family of 8 plus a 1 year old and a dog it was the perfect size! Beautiful furniture and decor stunning view of the mountains on the Balcony.. host went as far as to provide a crib for our one year old and had toys for both baby and dog to play with. So thoughtful!! Host kept contact and answered all the questions I had and was so helpful from reservation up until check out! (I had someone issues with booking and check in but it was on my part). Honestly, 100% would love to book here again! It felt like home!

Great place to stay with a group.

The place had good sleeping arrangements, nice new appliances and furniture and had a nice hot tub and pool. We enjoyed our stay there and would book again. The only thing we experienced was that the unit we rented was not as clean as expected when we checked in and there were garbage bags missing for the main kitchen garbage can. Overall it was an excellent visit and stay.

Beautiful Condo in the mountains

This was a great place to stay - only 5 minutes from Canmore yet still nestled in the mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor heated pool, and the gym facilities. Loved that our dog was welcomed! Trails right outside the door for quick walks with the dog. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
