Just minutes from the charming seaside village of Victoria-by-the-Sea, this spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and unforgettable ocean views.

Step inside this thoughtfully designed split-entry home and head upstairs, where you’ll be greeted by sweeping water views from nearly every window. The bright, open-concept living area seamlessly connects the living room, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen—all furnished with brand-new pieces and modern appliances, making it ideal for gathering with family and friends. Down the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, along with two inviting bedrooms: one featuring a king bed and the other a queen.

The lower level is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Settle in for cozy movie nights in the media area with a projector, or enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette complete with a full-size fridge, microwave, and sink—perfect for snacks and drinks without heading upstairs. This level also hosts four additional bedrooms:

Red Room: King bed
Grey Room: King bed with ocean views and direct deck access

This cottage exceeded all of our expectations! The architecture and design are absolutely stunning—it’s such a unique and beautiful place to stay. Everything inside is modern, spotless, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail. The hosts truly thought of everything. From a high chair with a protective mat for kids to lobster crackers and seafood tools, every little convenience was already there. We hardly needed to bring anything because the house was so well equipped. The outdoor spaces were just as amazing. There’s a hot tub (which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use), a cozy fire pit that was perfect for relaxing in the evening, and a fully screened outdoor sitting area that lets you enjoy the fresh air without worrying about bugs. It was a wonderful place to gather, eat, and spend time together. The riverside setting is peaceful and beautiful, making it the perfect place to unwind. Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and memorable getaway!
