Great Average Place

This property is at a great location on Dayton Beach. There is free public parking right next door. The public parking and beach access also can make the beach a little crowded on the weekends or holidays. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The key system is a little annoying but understandable to keep unwanted visitors out. Overall it is a nice place, nothing fancy but will meet your basic needs.

Had a great time everything in room was great- only thing that was a little annoying was an elevator was broke down and you had to use a key to get anywhere including the stairwell

The ac went out the 2nd day of my stay and there was no response from anyone. We could not contact anyone but maintenance who never responded. I ended my trip early because the stay was so horrible! The last day they moved me to a different room, too late! I still haven’t received any response, apologies, or credit for the terrible trip experience that ruined my one week vacation for the year! When you go on vacation you plan to relax that definitely did not happen

Great location

Everything was really great! Our only issue was there was no parking pass when we checked in and by the time I emailed maintenance they did not get back to me until the next day. I was worried we may be towed so I was able to find someone at the front desk and she was able to give me a pass. Everything else was great, pictures of property were as shown and the location to the beach and general area was wonderful.

Balcony was perfect!

We came to the area for a family emergency and this place was located central to where we needed to be each day. The trip was tough but coming back to this condo and sitting on the balcony - looking at the ocean was what kept our sanity each morning and evening. The sunrises were beautiful! The condo was well described and had everything we needed!

Live bugs in bed

The property was nice. I pulled covers back and found small live bugs crawling around. I tried to call the number for property manager and the extension would ring once and hang up. Called back and listened to extension options and 103 isn't even an option. Finally got a reaponse by e-mail and the lady just blew me off. I washed and bleached everything and bought bed bug spray. Spent the entire afternoon and evening trying to clean the place. Even then, I was never comfortable in the bed. Had I had the money to rent somewhere else, I would have but i had already spent over quite a bit of money for 3 nights here. The big burner on the stove also doesn't work. This place has so much potential but the owners are letting a crappy management company do it such an injustice. I know now to stay away from anything managed by itravel.

Perfect little studio

Awesome view of the beach, perfect location right next to the splash park for beach access. Also the beach right in front of there is a no park area, so it’s a perfect spot to walk next door and set up your beach camp! Location is perfect. Close to the Daytona airport, walking distance to several restaurants.

Great stay. The only think I disliked was the boardwalk had a little security issues. My debit card wouldn't work at the pay to park . My credit card was hacked either there or the souvenir shop close to the room.

Beautiful Daytona beach condo

We stayed at this condo for our 1 year anniversary!! We had a great time on the beach and in the pool. Very close to every thing you want in daytona beach. The room had everything we needed for our stay, plus beach chairs and boogie boards so we didnt have to buy! The laundry on the same floor was helpful. The price was fantastic, we will for sure be back!

Booked through VRBO. Made changes 8 months prior to visit. Thought balance was paid. ITrip vacations contacted me to pay a balance. When I requested some information, to be able to verify. their representative was extremely rude. Stated, this is why we don’t like to deal with tenants directly! Other than this very unprofessional individual and the pool key not working., I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Overall, it was OK. Supplies and kitchen ware were minimal. One stove burner did not work at all. Never could get water to boil. Our feet were black. We expect things to be at least as nice or nicer than home when we go to a resort. This was not the case.

The property is older but has some updates. Clean and convenient. Parking is difficult for bigger vehicles. Pool and hot tub areas are nice. Walking distance to main pier and restaurants. Needs more lighting in room. Good for a single or couple. Laundry room was very convenient.

The coffee pot still had coffee from previous people. We don't drink coffee. The blinds had like 6 pieces broken off so that we didn't have complete privacy from balcony. There was an open bag of chips in cupboard. The bed was so hard to sleep on. The laundry room down the hall took my money and when i opened it up to retrieve my glasses that I had left in the clothes, it wouldn't start up again and I had to take the sopping wet clothes out and take somewhere else to finish and waste more money. The closet was full of crap that was just thrown in there. I liked the location and the beach. The cleaning people need to do a better job.

Nice place, the floors weren’t clean, we only got three rolls of toilet Paper and one roll of paper towels for 8 days. It was pretty frustrating having to buy our own when we paid over $1000. It was also the cheapest paper. I
